In this role, you will manage the outpatient operations and the delivery of nursing services and outpatient care which meet or exceed cost, quality, clinical and utilization standards, and performance measures. In addition, you will ensure that services meet members', physician and internal clients' needs in a changing, competitive health care market.

Qualifications include:

• A bachelors degree or equivalent experience (usually four years) in a health care related field; a masters degree is preferred
  
• At least three years of experience in ambulatory care management/supervision or other related clinical area
  
• Knowledge of ambulatory care practices, operations, and local, state, and federal regulatory standards
  
• At least four years of Workers Compensation experience preferred
  
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred
  
• The ability to interact with physicians and other clinical department preferred
  
• Kaiser Permanente experience in Reg/ADT, Resolute, and WQ management preferred
