Opening for a full time Associate Attorney. MUST have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in defending California Workers' Compensation cases. Familiar with EAMS, AMA Guides and post 1/1/05 reforms. Medical benefits & vacation included after 90 days. Car allowance including vehicle insurance and fuel paid.

Our office is in Pomona. However, as a full service defense firm, our appearances extend from San Bernardino to Marina Del Rey. Flexible on telecommuting with a responsible, conscience attorney.

Must have ability to work with different client personality types and maintain firm/client relationships. Our attorneys type their own documents to avoid errors and facilitate expediting communication with clients.
