We are looking for an experienced Work Comp Collector. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years plus experience in this field, knowledge of the Labor Codes and fee schedule a must.

Primary Responsibilities:
ﾷ Negotiate settlement on claims
ﾷ Obtain monthly and quarterly goals
ﾷ Handle a large volume of litigated claims
ﾷ Communicate with claims adjusters and attorneys to obtain status of claims
ﾷ File liens, DOR(s), and applications with the WCAB


Qualifications:
ﾷ Minimum 2+ Workers' Compensation collections experience preferred
ﾷ High-energy, enthusiastic, and self-motivated action-oriented person
ﾷ Detail oriented and have a hands-on approach
ﾷ Computer skills in MS Office
ﾷ Well organized with the ability to set priorities
ﾷ Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
This is a salary plus commission position with a monthly quota that must be met in order for the commission to kick in. Therefore, there is plenty of room for growth and increased earnings in a short period of time dependant on the individuals level of commitment.
