We are looking for a Quality Assurance Director with experience in case management and managed care processes and practice.

Primary Responsibilites:

Manage, lead and execute annual and strategic Quality Assurance Plan to improve performance within the organization.

Manages an effective quality management program and all associated operations to include planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting functions.

Conducts audits and trend analysis.

Leads committees and accreditations.

Develops project plans to advance business effectiveness.

Develops and implements training programs for staff.

Qualifications:

Holds an advanced degree in health related field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.

Minimum of five years experience in case management. Minimum of five years experience in Quality Assurance or operations management.

Problem solving skills; attention to detail; excellent analytical and communication skills; creative thinking.
