Responsibilities & Qualifications

Essential Job Functions:

Complete a twelve-week training program at our Austin corporate office (with an expected start date of June 7, 2021) and obtain a Texas 03 adjuster’s license.

During the training program, you will learn the skills required to:

• Communicate, educate, and assist injured workers in navigating the workers compensation system.

• Collaborate with the policyholder, provider, and injured worker to ensure quality care and a return to productive life.

• Evaluate claims for coverage, compensability and benefit determination.  Ensure benefits are delivered timely and accurately.

• Maintain caseload and case files.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper claim handling.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of related work experience.

• Excellent computer, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish.

Upon completion of the training program, you will relocate to your assigned regional office.  Our offices are in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Lubbock.
