We are seeking an experienced QME Coordinator For Workers' Comp Med-Legal Evaluations to join our team! You will perform a number of activities by phone and email in order to schedule Med-Legal exams and to manage through the paperwork and process before and after.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule new QME exams and follow the process to completion

• See that Appointment notices get sent out promptly

• Log all communication and documentation into our proprietary database

• See that documents and records get received and processed

• See that Med-Legal reports get prepared timely and mailed

• Follow the multi-step process 

Qualifications:

• Diligence and work perfection

• Knowledge of Workers' Comp rules and regulations for Qualified Medical Evaluators ("QME")

• Ability to build rapport with clients and other employees

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
