Position: Workers Compensation Applicant Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of worker's compensation cases.

• Appearing remotely or in-person hearings and depositions.

• Handling cases from inception to final resolution.

• Applicant must possess outstanding verbal negotiation skills.

• Must be organized and able to work well under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Bar

• Experience with Workers Compensation (Applicant)
