About the Role

This position is open for either our Long Beach office or a hybrid-remote position depending on the logistics.

We are looking for a self-motivated, organized attorney with strong communication skills, a strong self-motivation and ability autonomously manage their caseload, and a drive to deliver consistently high-quality work and client experience. We take pride in keeping caseloads reasonably low, in having a low attorney to assistant ratio to focus on an attention to detail, and in utilizing technology to create a flexible and efficient work environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has at least one year of workers' compensation experience.

• Can work with minimal supervision in managing a reasonable case load

• Is adept at taking depositions including cross-examinations and conducting witness interviews

• Has excellent advocacy skills, including appearing at hearings and conducting law and motion practice

• Maintains superior client service, including responsive and prompt communications and delivering excellent work product (i.e. reports for the insurance carriers)

Candidates who do not have the demonstrated work experience will be considered if they can demonstrate they are otherwise exceptionally qualified to undertake the tasks required by this role.
