100% FULLY REMOTE POSITION for fast-growing Workers' Compensation Defense firm seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney. Candidates must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, evaluate and work a caseload, and have strong attention to client guidelines and detail with their work product. Applicants should be comfortable working a new case from initial analysis through trial and/or settlement. The firm offers generous compensation packages for the right candidate and the ability for advancement. Teamwork and a positive attitude is a MUST!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Trying cases

• Taking and defending depositions

• Attending WCAB appearances including Status Conferences, Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Lien Conferences, Expedited Hearings, and Trials

• Handling investigations

• Handling all aspects of discovery

• Drafting settlement documents

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in workers’ compensation

• License: Active member of California State Bar

• Salary depends on experience
