About the role:

Prominent law firm is seeking an experienced Attorney with a background in workers’ compensation.  In addition to the requisite experience, the ideal candidate will be incredibly organized, be able to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines, and possess proven client service skills.

What you will do:

•          Manage cases on appeal, prepare discovery, file motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures and process settlements. 

•          Communicate with assigned clients at least every 30 days 

•          Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and other items.

•          Handle a full caseload, working the files from start to finish, making appearances and ensure files move towards resolution

•          Other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate:

Education and experience

•          At least 2 years of experience handling workers’ compensation cases 

•          Related insurance claims experience is a plus, not required. 

•          Subrogation experience is a plus.
