Work Comp Case Manager

Gomez-Garcia Law Inc. is a workers compensation applicant attorney firm. Based in Los Angeles, we are opening a second office in the Claremont Village.

We are looking to hire a case manager to join our Inland Empire team. Case managers will interface directly with clients, adjusters, medical professionals or defense attorneys as needed.

The positions' main focus is managing clients’ medical treatment. This candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish), have excellent oral and written communication skills, and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook and Word) as well as creating, editing and manipulating PDFs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, have a vetted system of organization, a willingness to problem-solve, and an ability to switch tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail.

Candidates must be comfortable working directly with clients and colleagues both in person, over the phone, and virtually.

Experience with databases/client or case management software recommended. Customer service experience is a plus. The desire to work as part of a team is a must!

Work comp experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person! Compensation will DOE
