We are looking to hire knowledgeable and experienced Hearing Representatives to join our team.

Brief Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Hearing Representative. We are located in Los Angeles, CA. The Hearing Representative will be responsible for evaluating cases, attending hearings and mediations, drafting documents, and communicating with clients, adjusters, defense counsel, and medical providers.

Qualifications

•  Bilingual (English and Spanish)

• 5 to 10 years of related experience required.

• Ability to manage large case load and prioritize tasks.

• Excellent communication, research, and negotiation skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Experience in Ratings using AMA Guides

• Experience in Board appearances.

• Experience in litigating cases at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board
