Qualifications:

California Bar License

JD Degree with 2+ years of experience in California workers’ compensation or 3+ years in California civil litigation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong negotiation skills while maintaining a professional relationship with opposing counsel and the judiciary

Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations

Proficient use of a personal computer and skills with Microsoft Word, Excel,  and Outlook.  Ability to learn various case management and billing applications

Salary:

The anticipated annual salary ranges from $110,000 to $200,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
