Work remotely other than appearances that require you to appear in person, such as trials. Minimum 5-years of experience in workers' compensation, either as an applicant attorney or defense attorney.

Salary range depends on experience and billable hours. Full time employee status available from $160k-$240k per year with 401k profit sharing. Health coverage available.

1099 position available.

Deposition handled via zoom/video conference. All hearings except via conference call unless we are required to appear in person.

All Los Angeles and Orange County WCABs.
