Statewide Workers’ Compensation defense firm seeks a sharp and enthusiastic Associate Attorney for its San Francisco and Sacramento offices. This is a rare opportunity to either carry a full caseload or choose to help on task related issues only.

Role and Responsibilities: As an Associate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in our legal team, collaborating with partners, senior attorneys, and support staff to deliver quality legal representation. Your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting senior attorneys with management of caseload.

· Attending hearings via virtual appearance or in person.

· Attending depositions via virtual appearance or in person.

· Additional tasks to assist in the litigation process.

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation required

· Active and in good standing Bar membership from the State of California.

· Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to client confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
