Remote Workers’ Compensation Contract Attorney

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of California workers’ compensation experience, with demonstrated familiarity with WC rules, deadlines and hearings

• Hands‑on experience taking and defending applicant and doctor depositions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, EAMS; MerusCase experience is a plus

• Exceptional communication, research and analytical skills

• Highly organized, deadline‑driven and reliable

• Collaborative approach with clients and team members

Compensation: Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
