Job Title: Defense Attorney

Salary: $175,000-220,000 + Bonus $20-50k annual

Location: Sacramento Office or Van Nuys Office, CA (Fully Remote Option)

Your Role:

• Represent employers, insurers, and TPAs in workers’ comp cases

• Manage cases from inception to resolution

• Deliver strategic legal counsel in a collaborative environment

Requirements:

• 1+ year of workers’ comp defense or related experience

• Active California Bar license

• Strong advocacy and communication skills
