Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at Goldman Magdalin Straatsma, LLP, a well-established workers' compensation defense firm. We are hiring attorneys in the following locations: Woodland Hills, Orange County, San Diego County, Sacramento, Inland Empire and Central Coast (San Luis Obispo).

We offer the flexibility for our attorneys to work remotely, in-office or hybrid. The Attorney will be responsible for handling Workers’ Compensation law matters, providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiation, and managing day-to-day case activities to move claims towards resolution.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in Workers' Compensation law
Must physically reside within California.
Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
Negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Licensed to practice law in California
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
