Compensation: $175000 to 220000 annually with additional annual bonus potential of $20000 to 50000

Position Overview:

• Advocate on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation claims

• Independently manage your own caseload from start to finish

• Provide clear, strategic legal guidance to clients while collaborating with team members and staff

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience handling workers’ compensation defense 

• Active license to practice law in the state of California

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident courtroom presence
